More about Ratio
Ratio is Latin for “reason”.
The Ratio Institute was established in 2002 and today has a
permanent group of researchers and administrative staff. In
addition, Ratio collaborates with associated scholars at various
universities and institutes, in Sweden and abroad.
Ratio has a basic grant from the Swedish Free Enterprise
Foundation. Other sponsors of research programs, conferences and
PhD students include the Torsten and Ragnar Söderbergh Foundations,
the Liberty Fund, the Earhart Foundation, the Marcus and Amalia
Wallenberg Memorial Fund, the Jan Wallander and Tom Hedelius
Foundations, and the Swedish Research Council. Ratio is also
supported by members and philanthropic individuals.
