Economic-political learning: deregulation and the Swedish Social Democratic Party 1982-1991

During the period 1982-1991 Swedish politics and the Swedish business community underwent a major transformation. The Social democratic Party did also major change in major respects. How was these changes made possible and how was the major reform agenda enforced?
